 
School Dude: State Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
The purpose of the training is to provide the respective school districts basic knowledge of the CMMS (SchoolDude) and also provide specific information regarding the use of SchoolDude to compile the Annual Report on Maintenance and Preventative Maintenance which is due July 1, 2009. Additionally, the SchoolDude system will be the tracking mechanism for ARRA (Stimulus) funded facilities projects and we will be showing districts how to enter the work orders necessary to track those projects.
SchoolDude representatives, as well as personnel from the Division of Public School Academic Facilities and Transportation, will be present to conduct the training. Superintendents, Maintenance/Facilities Directors, Business Officials and administrative personnel responsible for working with the SchoolDude system should be in attendance.
