NWAESC---Pathwise Mentor Training
The Arkansas Department of Education requires all first year teachers to be mentored through the Pathwise system. This is a three day training which will certify experienced teachers to become mentors and help prepare novice teachers to pass the Praxis III. In order to be a certified Pathwise mentor, you must attend all three days of the training.
