Literacy Design Collaborative
In response to the demands of the Common Core State Standards (CCSS) at the secondary level, professional development on the Literacy Design Collaborative (LDC) is offered to support schools. The LDC frameworks consist of tasks aligned to the Common Core State Standards that target those skills needed in reading, writing, and mathematics. The LDC work is implemented in literacy, social studies/history, mathematics, science and career education classes for students in grades 9 and 10.
