Moving From Pilot to Implementation with TESS & LEADS
Effective and timely feedback is a critical component to the success of any new initiative. Dr. Karen Walters and Ivy Pfeffer will meet with administrators at each educational cooperative to provide administrators with evaluation updates and to gather input regarding TESS and LEADS. The feedback will be used to make decisions about the new evaluation systems as we move from the pilot year into the first year of implementation.
Important Session Information:
This meeting is for Principals and Assistant Principals to glean information to move TESS & LEADS from pilot to implementation. Districts may want to conduct meetings to develop questions/concerns and send representatives to the meeting. From 3-4 principals are invited to stay and discuss summer pd, results from pd survey, and changes to our escworks.
