This workshop will provide training about Project EX, a school-based, tobacco-use cessation program for high school youth, ages 14-19 years. This is a 8 lesson program that is delivered over 6 sessions. Project EX is a motivation-coping skills- personal commitment model for teen cessation. This would be a great program for school districts to use with students who are caught with tobacco at school instead of ISS.The Objectives of this training are to provide facilitators with understanding of the theory, content, approach, and build on skills to deliver program. This program includes games, mock talk shows and yoga. This training is for health teachers, counselors, nurses, or others.
