Site Based Observation Training (SBOT) for Effective Literacy
ELF participants will observe in a host teacher's classroom. The purpose of the Site-Based-Observation-Training (SBOT) is to view the application of theory in practice. The entire literacy block will be observed. Participants will collect data throughout the literacy block and will debrief the experience through discussion facilitated by the ELF trainer.
