NAESC Field Trip to The Innovation Hub

Teachers and administrators will tour The Innovation Hub to learn about their open environment with tools, technology, equipment, and support, along with the opportunity to learn and build through formal and informal programs. Educators will view the results of acceleration of innovation that leads to new products, new businesses, and new works of art, as well as an enhanced appreciation for what is possible when students are provided the pathways to realize his or her potential. Educators will receive an introduction and overview of Makerspace and how STEAM applies to the classroom. This educational opportunity will allow educators to make an informed decision about a future field trip with their students.

Important Session Information:

Educators are responsible for their own travel to this PD. Lunch is on their own, but we plan to eat together before the tour. This will be held at The Innovation Hub at 201 East Broadway North Little Rock.
