NAESC Transition Planning: Considerations for Students on the Autism Spectrum and Students with Intellectual Disabilities



This training will look at factors that impact students with more significant disabling conditions and the steps that should be considered in the Transition process. Tools and resources will be provided to assist in the Transition plan development, as well as information on options for programs after high school.
