Mandated BMI Training for all individuals who will perform BMI screenings in the school. All screeners and recorders are required to attend this workshop. The Arkansas Department of Health is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the Midwest Multistate Division, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. The planning committee & faculty attest that NO relevant financial, professional or personal conflict of interest exists, nor was sponsorship of commercial support obtained, in the preparation or presentation of this educational activity. Nurses must register on ATRAIN to be eligible for Contact Hours.

Participants are required to log in to A-Train and complete the course evaluation within 2 weeks of completing the course or they will be withdrawn from the course and will not receive Contact Hours.
*Please note: The BMI training has been updated and reflects the new entry guidelines for eSchool and the
Health Report that will be made available from eSchool instead of the letters from ACHI. All nurses are
encouraged to attend.
