WDMESC: LEADS 2.0
The Arkansas Leader Excellence and Development System is designed for documentation and performance rating of Arkansas P-12 School and District/Charter Leaders. The system has been updated based on the Professional Standards for Educational Leaders as of 2015, and the Four Domains for Rapid School Improvement from the Center from School Turnaround (2017).
It is recommended that those who will be documenting and rating the professional performance of building level administrators, as well as building level administrators, should attend. During the session, participants will become familiar with the new format and content of the LEADS 2.0 PRINCIPAL RUBRIC through this interactive time of review and learning.
