SWAEC- (Zoom) Supporting ADMINISTRATORS as You Support Novice Teachers (ZOOM MEETING)

Supporting beginning teachers is a critical aspect of ensuring the growth and success of educators in their early years of teaching. Join us via ZOOM as we collaborate and share knowledge, skills, and strategies necessary to effectively support and mentor new teachers. As we work together throughout the year, participants will gain a deep understanding of the challenges faced by beginning teachers and learn how to create a nurturing and growth-oriented environment that fosters their professional development.

For SWAEC Professional Development Consortium member districts, the fee for this session has been waived. Members and non-members will be assessed a “no show” fee if you register and do not attend. In the event of cancellation, registrants will be notified by email (address tied to escWorks) and no one will be charged a fee.
