NWAESC(2095)-Dyslexia Special Session #1: Implementation
In this session, we will explore providing intervention to students who persistently struggle or see limited progress. We will focus on embedding explicit instruction, scaffolding strategies, and multiple practice opportunities in intervention. The main goal of this session is for participants to implement strategies with students who persistently struggle in foundational literacy skills. This session can be paired with another half day workshop model where participants will bring a student example and work samples to discuss with the group.
