ARESC-Theater for Every Classroom
Learn to engage all students in all content areas with a theatrical toolbox! Theatre in a box can be used to build universal and differentiated instruction that meets the needs of individual students while cultivating an environment of community and strengthening of relationship building skills. The strategies used to break down and build a production from words on a page to action on a stage parallel the strategies used by teachers transforming standards in the curriculum to engaging educational experiences in the classroom. Participants will also tour the ARTx3 Campus at The Arts & Science Center for Southeast Arkansas.
