Conscious Discipline Scope of Work "Ignite and Excite" Training Session



This event is designed to inspire those who are willing to begin or continue their Conscious Discipline journey.  Participants will tap into the transformative protential of Conscious Discipline to establish sustainable, brain-compatible SEL and classroom management practices that increase connection, cooperation, self-regulation, equity, mental health, belonging and achievement. 

Participants will: 

*Learn about/review the Conscious Discipline program

*Explore the Conscious Discipline Pyramid for Success

*Understand where behavior comes from according to the Conscious Discipline Brain State Model

*Practice using the Conscious Discipline language to respond to the behaviors of their students with the Brain State Model in mind

Conscious Discipline is an evidence-based, trauma-informed approach.  It is recognized by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Administration's (SAMHSA's) National Registry of Evidence-based Programs and Practices (NREPP), and received high ratings in 8 of 10 categories in a Harvard analysis of the nation's top 25 social-emotional learning programs.
