Discover the transformative power of movement in learning! In this dynamic training, the presenters will show you how to implement evidence-based and practical strategies including whole-body movements, relaxation breaks, and breathing techniques, into your daily schedules to improve your body and self-regulation skills and attention. These strategies are all inclusive for ability levels and you will learn how to adapt strategies for you. Participants will practice movement strategies and develop techniques to embed into daily schedules. Bring a mat or towel, and a water bottle. This training is a collaborative effort with Arch Ford Education Brain Support Specialist, Arkansas Brain Injury School Support Program, and UAMS Institute for Digital Health and Innovation Brain Injury Program and offered at no cost to all participants.
