NWAESC(2095)-Stitch It Up!
It’s hard for anyone to be playing on their phone when they have cloth in one hand and stitching materials in the other. The popular craft of embroidery is fun and meditative at the same time, once you know the fundamentals. Participants will delve into various stitching techniques, learn essential embroidery stitches, and create their own unique handcrafted pieces. This workshop covers tools and materials, techniques, and provides a hands-on experience for both beginners and those looking to enhance their stitching skills. You will leave with hand-outs and lesson plan ideas plus a few tips and tricks to enhance the creative experience.
