OUR Adult Mental Health First Aid
Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) teaches you how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges among adults. You will learn:

Common signs and symptoms of mental health challenges.

Common signs and symptoms of substance use challenges.
?
How to interact with a person in crisis.
?
How to connect a person with help.
?
Expanded content on trauma, substance use, self-care.

A minimum of 5 people is required for the session to be held. This course is in-person at OUR.
Mental Health First Aid is an international program listed in the National Registry of Evidence-based Programs and Practices (NREPP).
Participation for the entirety of the course is required to receive certification.
