This workshop is designed for coaches, physical educators, school nurses, athletics administrators, and anyone who works with students in sports and recreation. Topics will include contemporary concussion management, heat illness prevention and management, cervical spine injury management, communicable disease in the sport setting, and a session on normal movement and physical development and how to incorporate these principles into strength, conditioning, and physical education curricula. This content has been approved by the Arkansas Activities Association.
