SWAEC- Enhancing Feelings of Safety

In this training, school personnel will learn why students and staff impacted by trauma need safe environments to learn and work in. Participants will also learn how to foster a sense of emotional and physical safety for students, staff and families in both the classroom and the broader school environment. Level 2 Training - participating schools must have completed "Supporting Students During Difficult Times" prior to this training.

For SWAEC Professional Development Consortium member districts, the fee for this session has been waived. Members and non-members will be assessed a “no show” fee if you register and do not attend. In the event of cancellation, registrants will be notified by email (address tied to escWorks) and no one will be charged a fee.
