SCSC-Getting the Most Out of Your HQIM: Differentiation in Tier 1 Elementary Math Instruction Through Content, Process, and Product

In this session, we will take a look at the three essential elements that support differentiation in the math classroom: content, process, and product. We will examine each element and its impact on learning for different students and how we can implement what we learn about these elements in our own classroom with our own curriculums. During this session, we will also pull in specific strategies, such as cooperative learning structures, instructional routines, and questioning that support differentiation and improve tier 1 instruction in the elementary math classroom regardless of what HQIM your school is using.
TESS components addressed include: 1A, 3B, 3C
