4-H Move It!
Curriculum Overview: The 4-H Yoga: Move it! The curriculum provides a 20-minute flexible physical activity routine designed for educators to provide to their youth audience.
Objectives:
Educators will learn to deliver the 4-H Yoga Move It!
Demonstrate ability to develop 4-H Yoga Move it! session
Demonstrate Yoga Poses and Routines
Preparing for the training:

Make sure to wear athletic clothes on the training date.
