DMESC - Literacy Camp for 3rd Grade, 4th Grade, and 5th Grade Teachers

Join us for an immersive 2-day "ELA Camp" where we'll embark on a journey to deepen our understanding of the latest literacy standards. Through interactive sessions, we'll explore strategies to maximize the effectiveness of our lessons focusing on internalizing key concepts for optimal student engagement and comprehension. During this enriching experience, participants will dive into the High-Quality Instructional Materails (HQIM) to ensure comprehensive coverage of the standards, while also crafting strategic plans for the upcoming school year. This camp promises to be a dynamic blend of learning and collaboration, as educators from our cooperative area come together to share insights, exchange ideas, and support one another in navigating the intricacies of the curriculum. For those who may be the sole representative in their grade level or content area, this camp offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with like-minded educators who share your HQIM, fostering a sense of camaraderie and collective planning. Get ready for two days filled with learning, laughter and meaningful collaboration as we gear up for a successful year ahead!

Important Session Information:

A $100 FEE WILL BE DUE ON THE DAY OF THE TRAINING IF NOT PARTICIPATING IN THE DMESC PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT CONSORTIUM.
