SE Building Leadership Team/Guiding Coalition Development (Registration for Members who are not Administrators)

Dr. Taryn Echols will lead this session for Building Leadership Teams / Building Level Guiding Coalitions. Regardless of how your team is currently functioning, you will learn how to grow stronger in this session. Questions posed in the PD needs assessment about leadership teams can also be answered during this session. Dr. Echols leads the work in Hot Springs School District as Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum and is also a Solution Tree Associate. Regardless of which vendor you might use for PLC support, this session is designed to make your team/coalition stronger. The building principal is key to this work and must be present for the session.
