SCSC-Aspiring Leader/Principal Boot Camp

Have you thought about becoming a building administrator? Are you a current administrator and want some additional support and learning opportunities? Join us for our Aspiring Leader/Principal Boot Camp starting Summer 2024 and continuing each month during the 2024/2025 school year. Day 1 will focus on becoming a leader and is a face-to-face training. The subsequent days will have a specific focus for school leadership. This sessions will be virtual and held after school hours once a month during the school year. Monthly sessions will focus on topics such as: finances, staff management and observations, parent engagement, student behavior, Science of Reading. These sessions will have a seperate ESC Works Registration. Participants will have the chance to also suggest topics they would like learn more about as well. At the final session, participants will have the chance to participate in a mock interview at SCSC.

Important Session Information:

For member districts of the SCSC Professional Development Consortium, the fee has been waived. Districts that have not paid for nurses and/or paraprofessionals will pay the listed fee. In the event of cancellation, registrants will be notified by email (address tied to escWorks). Participants are not allowed to bring guests (such as children or spouses) to any training.
