GREC - West Memphis - In My JAM!



Learn the science behind recommended methods for making and processing jam and jelly, while dispelling food preservation myths and unsafe practices during this in-person event.  Participants in this training will actively participate in the canning process. In My Jam will provide participants with the scientific background, preparation, and safe processing methods to preserve jam and jelly at home or in the classroom.
