SWAEC- Heartsaver CPR/AED Class



The Heartsaver CPR AED course trains participants to give CPR and use an automated external defibrillator (AED) in a safe, timely, and effective manner. Reflects science and education from the American Heart Association Guidelines Update for CPR and Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC). This class is for lay people, non medical personnel. At the completion of this course, you will receive an AHA Heartsaver CPR AED certification card. This certification is good for 2 years. Wear comfortable clothing. If you aren't able to get down in the floor for the skill portion of class, contact the Instructor before class date.

Additional $15 fee required for American Heart Association eCard. Please pay the day of training by cash, card or check.

For SWAEC Professional Development Consortium member districts, the fee for this session has been waived. Members and non-members will be assessed a “no show” fee if you register and do not attend. In the event of cancellation, registrants will be notified by email (address tied to escWorks) and no one will be charged a fee.
