SCSC -Transitioning to Success: How to develop compliant transition plans for positive futures

This newly revised professional learning opportunity shares two students' transition process-
from the early stages of planning to graduation. The presenter will take attendees through each
component of the Indicator 13 Cross Reference Tool as they develop an understanding of not
only what is required to be in place by IDEA, but also the importance of each one of the
components and how they can lead the student to successful post-school outcome. Attendees
will learn about valuable resources and tools and participate in using transition assessment
results to build a compliant transition plan. An overview of the Summary of Performance will
also be provided. Attendees are encouraged to bring an electronic device.
