This professional development is tailored to Year 1 novice teachers.
Year 1 novice teachers will begin the morning receiving an introduction to the novice program. Then, teachers will delve into the principles and standards of professional conduct as it aligns with the educator’s code of ethics. Afterwards, teachers will explore strategies for meaningful engagement, including effective communication and collaboration with families. They will learn how to involve families and communities in the educational process, creating a supportive network that nurtures student growth and development.
