CRESC - Formative Assessment & Standards-Based Grading



Standards-based grading is a revolution of existing curriculum, assessment, and reporting practices that, for leaders, are the most transformational initiative they lead. This presentation introduces school leaders to formative assessments and methods of practical implementation of an effective standards-based grading system.

· Ways to figure meaningful grades
· Practical considerations for leading this transformational work at their school or district

Leadership teams and committees are encouraged to attend together. All attendees will be given a copy of the professional text used in the training.
