The characteristics of gifted learners and their particular educational and affective needs will be presented as well as how to differentiate core content for gifted learners in this all day professional development session. Teachers of mathematics, science, social studies, or literacy formally serving identified gifted students who have not been AP or Pre-Advanced Placement trained in their content area are encouraged to attend.
