SWAEC- School Library Policies & Procedures

School libraries must have a selection, retention/weeding, and reconsideration/relocation policy. What other common policies and procedures should your district have? During this section, school librarians will create a school library policies and procedures manual using common language and vertical alignment. This is an interactive workshop, and attendees will need to bring a device.

For SWAEC Professional Development Consortium member districts, the fee for this session has been waived. Members and non-members will be assessed a “no show” fee if you register and do not attend. In the event of cancellation, registrants will be notified by email (address tied to escWorks) and no one will be charged a fee.
