NEA - Game Development and Design for Year 1 - High School CS Professional Development

Join the CSforAR team for this 2-day workshop designed specifically for teachers teaching a Year 1 Game Development and Design course. This engaging session centers on enhancing your computer science skills and integration of the standards directly applicable to a Year 1 Game Development and Design course. You'll participate in hands-on coding activities and diving into relevant topics based on the standards in the Year 1 Game Development and Design course (e.g., cybersecurity in Game Development and Design). This is a perfect opportunity to enrich your knowledge, engage in collaborative learning, and bring back valuable skills to your classroom. If you would like to extend your knowledge further, we encourage you to also consider joining us for the Game Development and Design for Year 2 & 3 training. Visit the Computer Science PD Document for an updated schedule of sessions.
