SCSC: myPerspectives-Implementation Essentials

You’ve covered the myPerspectives® basics, so now it’s time for a deeper dive into the program. Learn how to make the most of the program and its components to improve professional practice and student outcomes.
You’ll get to see myPerspectives in action, and listen as teachers and instructional leaders share their tips for a successful implementation. You’ll also learn about how specific program features help students develop literacy skills through Making Meaning, Language Usage, and Effective Expression routines. Most importantly, you’ll launch a Teaching and Learning Cycle as you assess needs, decide and plan for a lesson, then deliver that lesson to receive objective feedback—all with the support of an expert facilitator. You will leave this session with a deeper understanding of the program and its components; new tools such as the Lesson-Based Listen and Look For Tool; and a classroom-ready lesson.TESS Components: 1d, 1e, 4e
