DSC SMS Beginning of Year Meeting for System Administrators
Users will address items on the Beginning of the Year Checklist, review setups in TAC and HAC, enter new staff, inactivate staff that will not be teaching in the upcoming school year, and add/adjust security resources on new eSchool users. Cognos > District and Building Information > Public Folders > Student Management System > Demographics > District and Building Information > APSCN Checklist for Beginning of School Year
This report is designed to be a companion of the eSchool Checklist for Beginning of School Year. The report provides the data needed to verify the items listed on the checklist. Most items can be verified/updated prior to the start of school, while it is recommended that some NOT be updated until the first day of school.
