PLCs are more than common meeting time that follows an agenda that is structured around data. This session will include a brief overview of the true purpose of professional learning communities, then participants will plan for implementing PLCs within their sphere of influence. Most importantly, participants will study methods for communicating the “why” of purposeful collaboration.
