This session will use Arkansas State Standards and SOR-aligned practices to plan a Phonics First lesson. Participants will receive an instructional sequence template and guiding questions to help plan a lesson that ensures grade level standards are being taught and activities are aligned to the Science of Reading. Participants will also receive a bank of prepared lesson plans.This session will address instructional strategies most appropriate for the following levels of instruction: Tier 1, 2
