SE A PLC at Work

The professional development session, led by a team from McGehee, will focus on equipping teachers with practical strategies to effectively use various types of data and simplify data presentation for better understanding. We will also emphasize the role of Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) in utilizing data to inform instructional decisions, track progress, and assess outcomes.

We will also delve into scheduling techniques, implement tier 2 and tier 3 interventions both inside and outside the classroom, and discuss ways to collaborate with interventionists and special education teachers. This comprehensive approach aims to enhance teacher effectiveness and student outcomes through data-informed decision-making and targeted interventions.
