LHMS: Math PD
Teachers will discuss several key points for enhancing the curriculum and our teaching methods. 1. Re-evaluating essential skills: Math teachers will review the essential skills to ensure that they align with the new state standards. 2.Tweak proficiency scales. 3.Updating unit plans: Unit plans will be refreshed to incorporate any changes in essential skills or proficiency scales. 4. Analyzing mathbook utilization: Teachers will analyze the new math textbook to identify areas where it can be utilized more effectively in teaching.
