Reaching the Reluctant Learner: Motivation Strategies That Work K-8
Participants in this session will explore the reasons, causes, and issues surrounding student motivation. Specific attention will be given to students who exhibit reluctant or difficult behaviors that present problems with learning and classroom participation. Participants will be shown specific strategies that are effective with reluctant students that can be used immediately in the classroom. In addition, planning and collaboration time will be included in the session.
