How to Generate NWEA Standard Comparison Group (SCG) Reports




Participants will receive assistance with and step-by-step directions for generating SCG Reports using the newly revised NWEA Excel template containing their district data.

Participants will be introduced to the additional reports available through the NWEA SCG Excel workbook.

Audience: Anyone with responsibility for generating SCG reports for determining teacher ratings this spring, i.e. MAP Data Administrator, MAP System Administrator, Building and District Administrators

Important Session Information:


This will be a hands-on session.  Bring a computer with Excel 2007 or higher.

Prior to attending this workshop:

  • COMPLETE and BRING your finalized Teacher to Student Linkage Excel workbook with the dosage completed for each student.
  • DOWNLOAD and BRING the five files that were created when you unzipped the zip file from the NWEA FTP site (your superintendent will receive an email from NWEA with directions for doing this by April 17).
