Participants will:

Dig deeply into all released ODE standards revision materials and resource links.
Develop a plan for how this impacts curriculum, instruction and assessment.
Dig deeply into the Performance Level Descriptors, AIR test writing rubrics and student writing samples.

Important Session Information:

In February 2017, Ohio Board of Education approved the proposed revisions for Ohio’s Learning Standards for English Language Arts.

What do the revisions look like and how will they impact teaching and learning? How does our knowledge of the Performance Level Descriptors and student writing support teaching and learning around our state standards?

Join us as we dive into the revisions to the standards at your grade level and discuss the implications for next school year.

(PLEASE BRING A laptop TO THE SESSION. Cost includes a bound copy of the Ohio's Learning Standards Crosswalk for English Language Arts)
