Authentic Problem Sovling, offered only online, features theories, resources, and ideas that can be implemented in any subject area or grade level. Topics include growth and fixed mindsets, methods to teach students problem-solving skills, and using questions and scenarios to elevate thinking.
Participants will be asked to complete assignments, engage in online discussions with the learning cohort, and share implementation ideas via sample lesson plans. There are 6 modules. Each module has 2-3 lessons.
45 contact hours or 4.5 CEUs are available upon completion of course. (Certificate of completion available through ESCWorks.)
