Participants will develop:
In this 12 week hybrid gifted HQPD module participants will receive 6 contact hours of face to face instruction on the types of gifted learners and their academic and social-emotional needs. Educators will have the opportunity to deepen their learning by building their own personalized learning "backpack". Each participant has the ability to earn up to an additional 24 contact hours by completing job embedded assignments that will require them to extend, engage with, and reflect on the content from the September 24th workshop. Suggested professional readings, resources, and activities to choose from will be provided. Participants will be also be given the opportunity to submit their own ideas for their professional learning plan for approval.
Each additional job embedded contact that is earned will be invoiced at $15 per hour upon issuance of certificate of completion after December 17th.
