Teachers want to teach and students want to learn. Neither can happen when we don’t feel safe in our bodies. Sarah Buffie, from Soul Bird Consulting, will support participants in understanding how complex childhood trauma affects the brain and body and how we can join others on their healing journey. We will explore a framework that supports educators in building a greater sense of empathy, patience and creativity for all students and colleagues with whom they interact.
