Through the Trauma-Informed Looking Glass,

Part 4: Monitoring Tools to Ensure Implementation

Do you feel frustrated with moving plans from theory to practice? In this network PD, participants join teams from other schools. Building from previously drafted strategic plans, we view the challenges to implementation through a “trauma-informed lens.” How can we ensure implementation fidelity while also making sure we keep our targets set on becoming truly “trauma sensitive”? Collaborate with our cohort as certified trauma practitioners consult on the development of tools and techniques for keeping your school on track.

"You put a good person in a bad system, the system will win every time."  Mike Schmoker.
