Day 1: This required training is Day 1 of the two day required Resident Educator Mentor Academy for the certification of ALL NEW mentors for the Resident Educator program. Day 1 focuses on Mentors as Learners: the knowledge and skills mentors must know and be able to do to effectively.

Day 2: This required training is Day 2 of the two day required Resident Educator Mentor Academy for the certification of ALL NEW mentors for the Resident Educator program. Day 2 focuses on Mentors as Decision Makers. Mentor apply the knowledge and skills learned in Day 1 to design, practice, and implement tailored mentoring support to accelerate Resident Educator growth.tor Resident Educators.

Participants should attend both Tuesday, September 17 and Wednesday, September 18.
