OTES 2.0 Bridge Training

- K-12 teacher evaluators




  • Provide a better understanding of the new OTES Framework, including the Summative Matrix and Model.
  • Allow practice of skills such as scripting, evidence analysis/categorizing and coaching.
  • Allow for sharing of resources and best practices in educator evaluation.

Important Session Information:


This two-day Bridge Training will prepare participants to become OTES 2.0 Credentialed. Participants will understand the differences between OTES 1.0 and 2.0 and will collect and categorize evidence as it relates to the new rubric.
