The role of principal encompasses a wide array of responsibilities and expectations. Research clearly demonstrates the power of effective leadership and its impact on student achievement. Second only to teachers, principal effectiveness is the most important in-school factor that impacts student achievement.
The Principal Leadership Reimagined Cohort provides a series of five half-day online sessions to study the practices and skills necessary for principals to be accomplished instructional and cultural leaders. Participants will create a professional network as they engage in learning activities and discussions that result in deep learning to apply to their real work.
