For this full day learning attendees will learn how to use a universal screener to identify student learning gaps in grades K-10. In addition, attendees will learn how to use instructional resources to address student needs in all tiers of intervention.
We will be utilizing the Georgia Numeracy Project, which is a research based, free intervention program for students K-10. In this interactive session attendees will learn how to assess students, practice assessing, read data to develop a plan for intervention, select appropriate intervention materials/activities and monitor progress throughout. Presenter will share experiences with the framework learned in the field during the 21-23 school years.
Please bring your own computer/device. There will be a break for lunch. Lunch is on your own, so please feel free to bring your lunch with you.
