Effective Leadership: Daily Use of High Quality Instructional Materials, Instructional Planning Calendars, and Formative Assessments

This session will develop participant’s understanding of essential action (EA) 4.1 - High-Quality Instructional Materials (HQIM), instructional planning calendars, and interim and formative assessments. This engaging session provides time to examine artifacts and self-assess the current implementation of key practices for this essential action. Leaders will leave with a plan to improve the implementation and outcomes of adult-led systems that support powerful teaching and learning.
